A few practical questions.
Do I need to create a course first?
No. Start with an existing recording. Coavela prepares a transcript and suggested chapters for you to review, without rebuilding your teaching as separate modules and lessons.
Can I use Zoom recordings?
Yes. Download the recording as a video file and upload it to Coavela. The uploader accepts MP4, MOV, and M4V recordings. You do not need to connect your Zoom account.
Can I edit the generated chapters?
Yes. Edit titles, summaries, and timestamps, add or remove chapters, and correct the transcript. You approve the chapters and review the transcript before publishing.
Where are videos hosted?
Videos are securely processed and streamed through Coavela. Playback for paid masterclasses is restricted to clients with access.
Can clients keep access?
Individual masterclasses come with one payment and ongoing access. Clients can return to purchased masterclasses without a scheduled expiry, subject to the applicable purchase terms.
Can I sell individual masterclasses?
Yes. Set a price for a masterclass and publish its public offer page. Clients pay through Stripe Checkout, and a confirmed purchase grants access to that masterclass.
