Limits, ownership and what early access means.
No. Free has no time limit and does not require a credit card. It includes one published product, up to 25 clients and 2 hours of hosted video.
A product can be a course, masterclass, coaching program, or digital resource. It counts toward your plan only while it is published; drafts do not count. Free includes 1 published product, Creator 5, and Growth unlimited published products.
The duration of video hosted by Coavela counts, including video in drafts, archived products and retained replacements. Client viewing time does not count. Audio, text, documents and other non-video content do not reduce the allowance.
Existing videos keep working and client access continues. New video uploads pause at the limit. If stored video exceeds the allowance, publishing a product containing video also pauses. Remove unused video, upgrade or contact Coavela for more capacity. There are no automatic overage charges.
Video streaming is included on every plan for normal coaching use. If your audience generates unusually high viewing volume, we will contact you about a higher-volume plan. We will not unexpectedly interrupt access for your clients.
No. Creator and Growth include unlimited clients, so your software bill does not rise each time your audience grows.
No. Coavela charges a 0% transaction fee. Standard Stripe or other payment-processing fees still apply.
Yes. You can move from Free to Creator or Growth, and from Creator to Growth, when you need more published products, video or business tools.
